Refunds and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
If your order has not arrived after 7-10 days, has arrived damaged, or is not as described. We will either re-ship you order with tracking, or refund your money thru Paypal. If your seeds fail to germinate, we will refund your money thru Paypal. If you purchased multiple seed packets of different products, we will issue you a partial refund for the product that you have found defective/damaged.
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
As a general rule we do not accept returns of seed products, but for larger orders we may request you ship the items back to us.
